The sales rep who helped us was awesome! He really took the time and effort to make sure my daughter purchased shoes suited for her specific need. Will return!

Was really hoping to find some running shoes for my teenage son who is running cross country and outdoor track for school. Also was hoping to find some shoes for myself. There was not a single running shoe in the store. They had many casual or perhaps walking shoes, though. I assumed an athletic shoe store would have more options. Very disappointed!

Complete turn off to have an employee at your front door mandating masks even for those unable to wear one. While you have the right to enforce policies, I have the right to shop where I'm respected as a customer and I did, got my daughter's shoes CHEAPER, at another store right down the way from you. Masks were requested not mandated, hence they got my money.

Everytime I walk in this store I am greeted with a smile. They let me look and are there to answer any questions look up stock and grab a pair of shoes for me to try if needed. No pressure just great service.

Poor customer service....they couldn't find my order...then left me sitting with no answers while continuing 2 ignore me...just 2 tell.me.they dont know what 2 tell me....mind you i paid allready...nd they have a. Problem answering there phone for sum strange reason

I have called this store today 6 times just wanted to ask a question regarding some retro Jordan no one answers the phone that store is not that busy im pretty all they are doing is walking around and talking
